We want you to love your Slip® silk products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused silk items back into their original branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
